LITTLE ITALY
Most major North American cities only have one "Little Italy"; Toronto has two in the downtown alone. Shopping features; European fashions, authentic Italian and Portuguese eateries, fabulous bakeries and fresh fruit and vegetable markets. Originally being mainly an Italian and Portuguese neighborhood, it now has many different nationalities, making it a very multicultural area.
