LITTLE ITALY

Most major North American cities only have one "Little Italy"; Toronto has two in the downtown alone. Shopping features; European fashions, authentic Italian and Portuguese eateries, fabulous bakeries and fresh fruit and vegetable markets. Originally being mainly an Italian and Portuguese neighborhood, it now has many different nationalities, making it a very multicultural area. 

The houses were originally built in the late 1800’s, being mostly attached Victorian homes. There is new development attracting people to this lively downtown area. Price range is about $250,000 to $650,000.
